Food is indispensible to our life, and its production involves lots of knowledge, skills and fun. This workshop aims to introduce the fundamentals in food science and technology, and molecular gastronomy. Students will investigate the making of popping boba drink and vegan ice-cream with liquid nitrogen, obtaining first-hand experience on how the scientific theory is applied into practice.
