23C021 DIY Hand Cream Workshop

City University of Hong Kong (CityU), in collaboration with Hong Kong Society of Cosmetic Chemists (HKSCC), launches a DIY Hand Cream Workshop. This workshop is open to higher form secondary school students who are interested in chemistry. The students are encouraged to make use of their chemistry knowledge, in order to make their own natural skincare product. The speakers will introduce some main ingredients used in cosmetic products and perform a simple demonstration. Afterwards, all participants will have the opportunity to make their own handmade cream and take it home.
