Everyone knows that the coming of spring means Easter eggs. Just think about this everyday marvel of nature: a hard shell surrounding a soft yolk, suspended in a thick transparent goo. What a wonderful material with many possibilities! In this workshop, you will experiment with the different compositions that make up an egg, and look into the scientific principles behind their magical transformation.
