Chinese medicine has been widely used for promoting health, and preventing disease and longevity. This talk will introduce basic theory of Chinese medicine health promotion (e.g., unity of nature and human, 天人合一), and share the life nurturing methods in spring and summer (e.g., accommodation and diet, mood and emotion, exercise).
