In this science exploration programme, your little scientists will unravel the mysteries of sinking and floating through hands-on experiments related to density, and learn about the scientific principles and factors that determine what makes something sink or float.

Remark:
1. Online pre-registration on a first come, first served basis. Each applicant shall submit one application form only during each activity application period and applicants who submit more than one application form shall be disqualified from participation.
2. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email with programme details. Participants should arrive at the activity venue 15mins in advance for registration. If they are late, their places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to other persons waiting in the venue.
3. Inclement Weather Arrangement:
(i) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above
• All programmes will be cancelled.
(ii) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or Red / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
• Programmes in progress will continue. Programmes not yet commenced will be cancelled.
• If the signal is lowered 3 hours before the programme commences, the programme will proceed as scheduled.
4. All the participants are required to comply with the venue admission arrangements. Participants will not be able to join the programme and if he/she fails to abide by the relevant arrangements
5. Programme arrangements, quota and content are subject to changes without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Hong Kong Science Museum is final.
