Remark:
1. Capacity per session: total 16 persons.
2. Workshop quotas are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email within two to three working days once their applications are submitted.
3. Each successful applicant shall pay a cheque deposit of HK$60 per person (For family enrollment, a cheque deposit of total HK$120 per group shall be paid by each successfully enrolled family.). Details will be provided in the confirmation email. The deposits will be refundable on the workshop date after the participants have completed the ENTIRE workshop. For any participants who are absent, late arrival or early leave during the workshop, their deposits will NOT be refundable.
4. Each application form is used for applying ONE workshop only. To apply for more than one workshop, please fill in a separate application form.
