Remark:
1.Capacity per session: 12 families, total 24 persons
2. Workshop quotas (i.e.12 groups of families, one student and one adult per group) are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email within two to three working days once their applications are submitted.
3. Each successful family applicant shall pay a cheque deposit of HK$60 per person, a total of HK$120 for each group. Details will be provided in the confirmation email. The deposits will be refundable on the workshop date after the enrolled families have completed the ENTIRE workshop. For any enrolled families who are absent, late arrival or early leave during the workshop, their deposits will NOT be refundable.
4. Each application form is used for applying ONE workshop only. To apply for more than one workshop, please fill in a separate application form.
